Self Storage Honolulu Hawaii

FAQs

I’m a first time renter, what do I need to do?

Renting a storage unit is simple!

  • Visit our sales office and inquire about renting a storage unit. Our friendly staff will ask you a few simple questions to determine the best size and lowest price for your storage needs.
  • You decide if you want the unit. There are no “pressure” sales. In fact, we encourage you to take some time to make the right decision.
  • If you decide to rent a unit, all we need is a valid picture I.D. (driver’s license, or a government issued picture I.D.), the first month’s rent payment, and to complete some simple paperwork.
  • When you are ready to move in, just inform our staff and we will remove our company lock. Begin loading your unit, and when you are finished, secure the unit with your own lock. That’s it!

Do I need my own lock?

For security reasons, all customers must provide their own lock. General self-storage industry experts recommend using a “disc lock.” Our front office currently sells this type of “disc lock” at a competitive rate. Ask our sales representative for the current price.

What is the best method to store my items?

Most of our units are square or rectangle in shape. Therefore, to maximize the use of your unit, you should pack most of your items in multiple boxes. This will enable you to stack your items neatly and efficiently in your unit. Our showroom sells three different sized boxes at a discounted price for all customers. Size and Prices are shown below;

Boxes Size Price
Large Box 18″ x 20 1/2″ x 24″ $8.00
Medium Box 18 1/8″ x 18″ x 16″ $6.00
